Refunds & activation.

No discretionary change-of-mind refunds after activation, where permitted by law.

Your rights come first

This policy does not exclude or restrict any statutory rights. Activation alone does not automatically remove a legal cancellation right. Where applicable, immediate supply of digital content requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement of any loss of the right to cancel, and this must be confirmed to you. If those conditions are not satisfied, cancellation rights may remain.

After key activation

Where the law permits, we do not offer discretionary refunds simply because you change your mind after activating your license key. This does not apply where the product is faulty, is not as described, has not been supplied, or where the law otherwise requires a remedy.

Before activation

Contact us if you want to cancel before activation. We will assess your request under the applicable cancellation rules and the circumstances of the order. Do not activate a key while a cancellation request is being resolved.

Problems with the product or payment

If a key does not activate, the product does not work as described, you were charged twice, or delivery has not taken place as agreed, contact support. Depending on the circumstances and your rights, the appropriate remedy may include support, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Request support or a refund

Email ghxstscriptsupport@gmail.com with your purchase reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords, browser cookies or your full license key. We will confirm the next steps and any agreed refund by email.

Availability

This policy applies to direct purchases through the Life Together RP checkout links unless a different policy is provided before purchase. Other scripts marked in preparation are not currently for sale. A payment provider may also have its own dispute process; this policy does not remove it.
