This website

The storefront does not contain analytics, advertising trackers or scripts that set cookies or use browser storage. The separate order confirmation page uses a same-origin script to verify the private order reference with Stripe through our server and display the key. That reference stays in the URL fragment to support reloads. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and security logs, to serve and protect the site. Its own privacy information applies to that processing.

When you contact us

Emails can contain your email address, name and the information you choose to provide. We use those messages to answer enquiries and resolve support, delivery or refund requests. Gmail, the email provider, processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases and licenses

If you purchase Life Together RP access through a checkout link, Stripe processes payment information. We use Stripe payment confirmations, Checkout Session and PaymentIntent references, plan choice and payment/refund/dispute status to issue the selected license and manage access. The key is shown on a private order page after confirmed payment. Keep that link private. We do not ask you to email full card numbers or payment passwords.

The licensing service stores hashed license keys, payment references, the selected script, creation and any expiry times, revocation status, and hashed short-lived session tokens. Paid keys are reproducible using a private server secret so the same order receives the same key; the raw key is not stored in the database. If activated, it will process connection information to operate and protect the service. It does not require Roblox passwords, browser cookies or device fingerprints.

Purpose, retention and sharing

Information is used to answer your requests, provide the agreed product, maintain license access, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Relevant providers may process data to perform those functions. We do not sell your support messages or license records. We retain information only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

Your requests

Contact support to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity using non-sensitive order details, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Your available rights depend on applicable law.
